Hey everyone,
A few weeks ago i tore my ACL for the second time in less than a year. At the same time i also broke my Motherships. Line is sending me some gold chronics in exchange for my mothers. Since the scratch bindings ive had forever like to tear my ACL a lot, Im looking into a pair of Line bindings. My question is, how far back on chronics is the mounting points? I really want the bindings mounted as close to true center as possible. Will I have to remount these things with a drill to get them forward enough? Any imput is cool. If your going to say something dumb, then dont.

i dont know if you can even get a jig to remount those bindings, someone who works in a shop that sells line would have to answer that, otherwise you couldnt remount them at all. and you would have to find some posi-drive screws that will fit the holes on the binding plate, because the way the line ones work, they take snowboard screws, which wont work without the female part.

i believe the mount point is pretty damn far forward...i dont see why you'd really feel a need for it to be even higher

after a bit of research on the line site (not very hard by the way) the 167s are 62 mm back from center. 177s are 66 mm back.
if you want a true center for just park, sell the golds and get invaders next year. $300 retail.

practically centered.. if ur playing on getting sumthig other then the Ractors you have to have the bindings mounted, because the ski is already drilled for the reactor binding.. one warning is i've heard the bindings are heavy, but i have never riding them
All times are Eastern (-5)
