When did our sport become more about attitude and exterior style than innovating and the whole experience it all?
I see guys now wearing chains and bandanas when they ski, dew rags, and shit. I dont have a problem with this when they are good skiers and its their style. But the idiots who all of a sudden change their style to be like someone else, and they cant even ski, then I laugh. I see people talking shit to beginners because their videos or pics on here arent good enough to be in a ski magazine. I see people making fun of kids or girls who are asking for help on 360s, or rail slides for the first time. I see 70% of the people here more worried about how they look, than they are about actually skiing.
I remember when we all just tried to help each other out. This site shouldnt be about looking cool, or telling others how wicked you are, and making fun of the people who arent as good as you.
Its about newschoolers, together.
And I'm pissed off, and tired of the whole attitude thing on here.
Bling blang!
