Question about new 1080 boots..

I just got a pair of the new 1080 boots. I noticed it has this 3D buckle that can be adjusted between two locations. I ski in the Park and bumps mostly on the east and go out west a few times a year and spend a lot of time in the backcountry and in the parks as well. I was wondering if anyone know what the best setting for this would be. The hole towards the toes or towards the heels? Thanks

TOWARD THE HEALS!!! that buckle is the most imprtant buckle on the boot. the toe buckle doesn't really do anything(that y little kid boots don't got em) so when u got in the heal holes it keeps ur heal in the heal cup which will prevent shin splints and make it feel more solid cuz ur foot won't move around a lot. the only reason our boots have a toe buckle is because the boot plastic goes all the way down there and it needs something to hold it together. thats y if u'v ever experimented with ur buckle locations and how tight they r u don't need ur toe buckle tight u need it just tight enuff for it to keep the platic compact so snow doesn't get down there.
any other boot questions just message me.
