Ok, there has been a good lot of talk about the new gear. Thanks for your imput, it helps a lot!
Here are the things we are currently working on for 2005/2006.
Obviously skis. We have a new model coming out called the SwitchBlade. This will be an all-mountain freeride ski, not park specific. We have slightly modified the flex of the Pro Twins line to be more park specific, without sacrificing all mountain performance. The new SwitchBlade will have pointy tips on the tip and tail, still twin tip, but the pointy tips help with cutting through soft snow and keeping the tips afloat. Very Sick.
-Note: We would love to get your imput on graphics, but to avoid the delays we had this year, we had to rush the new graphics and get them in by Christmas. In the future, we will be taking your imput on cosmetics. You will be recieving a .pdf with images and a brief porduct spec list after the SIA show.
Softgoods
-We are working to make visor beanies. These are a great seller, and very stylish. We are currently looking for a supplier that meets our budget.
-T-Shirts and Hoodies: We have been working on these, however the financials behind them have limited our production on new shirts based on each model. We will be re-evaluating budgets thanks to the amount of sales the new pro twins have generated and we should have t-shirts for each model of ski in the fall 2005.
-Jerseys: We are still pretty even on the hockey vs basketball jerseys. Hockey Jerseys are more expensive, but it would be ground breaking for a ski company to make hockey jerseys. Basketball jerseys would also be sick, and we have made a round of prototypes that straight up suck. They were not anything like we asked, so we are working on getting them right and may move with production of them.
Promos: We will continue the trucker hats because they are sick, and they are inexpensive to make. We are also working on a new flex-fit design as well.
We are going to look into wristbands (sweatbands) and bandanas. These items are also inexpensive to make and are great additions to the product line. These plans are still preliminary.
Thats all I have so far. Any questions can be posted below or send me a message.
