Cork 7 anyone?

I'm able to stick misty 720's, and 5's, and my regular spins are fine. But I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on the cork if you could pass them on. Mine are just ridiculosly rough, and unsmooth, when I get off axis it just seems cumbersome and they turn out crappy. Any tips would be muchly appreciated!

a cork is just a spin, roll backseat off of the jump into your spin, chill out and grab and you'll be fine

dirty summed it up...but if you can do a misty 7 corks should be pretty easy once you figure out what it feels like..try using a trampoline

just throw across your waiste with your outside hand and then grab with your outside hand which will make you tuck your legs in and speed up your initial rotation and you'll be totally off axis but still turnover real smooth like...

Try it on a tramp first! It is so much harder on a tramp since you cant carve. Just dont throw all your wait back like a back flip, just a litte, and you'll cork, then just spot at 540 and stick it. (you might want to try a cork 540 first)

im with lnejono, i go off the jump and turn my inside shoulder down and back, and turn my head into my spin and look down to get my feet up. Then just keep spinning and your natural body motion should bring you back around.

i disagree that cork 540s are easier. I can do cork 720s so easy on a trampoline but i cant do cork 540s.

why, they really are easier...just don't yank it as hard and don't take as much air, then when you can do them, go bigger and slow it all down.

i learn mine after i learn unders cuz how u throw and under is the same as u throw a cork except u spin to uncork instead of flippin outta the flip. ya i'm sure that made sense...

make sure you get enough air. i know people who go off like a five foot jummp and dont land it, then get discouraged and give up. go big and tuck up, think about where you are in the air, and spot your landing. pretty simple trick thatll impress the ladies
