This sucks! I just got back from the hospital, and my ankle is broken. I killed it skateboarding earlier, and it fuckin hurts. I dont think i am gonna ski for a while this season

i would rather skate probably. I tried a bigspin off of a 3 foot ledge and landed full force on the ankle. It was tubular though.

risk the season? man what are we supposed to do untill the, sit on our asses, and then let the pressure kick in, we gotta skate, and getting hurt is what its all about, well not really, but if you get hurt doing something good, then it ok, but i am going to skate untill the ground is completely covered in snow, and ill still ski, but i got to make up for the lost time form last year, when i was out for practically the whole year, well i couldn't really be aggrezive the whole year, 4 months of doing nothing basically, oh well keep skateing and when skiing comes do that too!

Dude, thumbs suck. Ya know how I sprained mine like over a month ago? Well, its still all fucked up. If I grip stuff tightly, it hurts like ghonarhea. (cannot spell it) But hell. Thumbs stay messed up for a long time.

dude i wrecked my knee skateboarding like 2 weeks ago,i was nosesliding a 10stair ledge and like 5th try i stuck right away and landed on it real bad, im out for a while, maybe more than 6 weeks cause im the physical theorpy

ive managed to give up skateboarding pretty much for the rest of the fall. if i got hurt before skiing, i would be pissed off at myself (esp after what i did to myself last season). yea thumb injuries will stay with you forever...... i broke both my pinkies in one week playing soccer tho, haha.

I sprained my left thumb badly and tore almost all of the ligiments off on my right. It sucks, breaking something is worse though (they thought I broke my right thumb)

Yeah the worst is when you hurt yourself doing something completly stupid. Like me, I am a fucking retard, I was walking on my hands for about 7-8 seconds then i lost my balance fell forward, hurt my neck (which is fortunatly fine now) and cracked my toe!

I know I am a dumbass but it has been hurt for 2 weeks and i can't even get into my ski boots without intense pain yet

Line1260, that sucks dude, but if you think it sucks now, wait until the season is in full swing and your friends are talking to you about how they stomped a Mad Trick, Then you will want to Ski more than ever.

Man, I am the best at hurting myself doing stupid things. Last year I severly sprained my ankle while pogo sticking I was in physical therapy for over a month. It sucked BIG monkey balls.
