What's the longest you've gone without sleep? Longest with minimal sleep?
sleeeeeeeeeep. I ask because I'm testing my endurance. I'm trying for 5 days on 15 or less hours.
Should be a good time.
should anyone ask why, it's cause i'm insane.

I've gone for 4 straight days and 4 nights, so about 100 hours with no sleep, it hurts, I would not recommend it at all really. I was doing school work the whole time, you get on a natural high on about the 2nd day and just go pretty nuts. Then by night 3, day 4 and night 4 you start to lose co-ordination, speach becomes inpaired and your vision gets a little blurry and slow, it's certainly not healthy and you will feel like absolute shit for a week or so afterwards.

my record is like 40 hours, once i went 50 with only 2 of sleep, but yeah it hurts, it gets so you feel sick with a migraine and you cant eat

I went like 38 hrs without sleep once. don't do it. it sucks. I felt like crap for 3 days and threw up and had a headache....

5 days? no freakin way, its pretty much impossible, good luck trying, just be careful walking cause you end up falling a sleep and falling on your face

lol 5 days is not impossible, the record is like either 3 weeks or 6 weeks, i can't remember.

Good Luck I wouldn't recommend it either. I used to do college entertainment and went from college to college on a very strict schedule. I had to, this is because I was alone:(, drive 600 miles in between each gig for 4 days in a row.This after entertaining college kids with a show for 8 hours each day and 2 hour set up and 2 hour breakdown. I barely had time to even eat. If you really want to be sick do the math. I had or have never been more tired than when I was done with those four days. If I hadn't been moving though I would have fallen over. I remember trying to drive with one eye at time at some point, I would pull over and run around the truck I was driving until I was awake, people thought I was nuts on the side of the road but alls I cared about was getting to the next gig. The sad part was when I finally had a chance to sleep I couldn't. I had one of those tossing and turning type sleeps. I was hit for a good week after that, but I know if pressed I can stay awake for a really long time.

i've gone 64 hours without sleep, and 36 for 36 of those i didn't eat..and every day was spent lifeguarding and wakeboarding during the days, bmxing throughout the evening until like 2am, then playing zelda 64 until it was light enough to go biking or wakeboarding again..then back to work. I didn't even realize i hadn't slept until i'd been awake for like 50 hours...then i realized i hadn't eaten either..

Ive been pussy compared to some of you.. only gone for about 30 hours.

Usually when it comes around to about 4-5am I start to get the mad giggles.. almost like im stoned. You feel pretty stupid laughing at nothing when you are totally straight.

yeah I like sleep, but lately I am finding it hard to sleep less, or more than about7-8 hours, which I suppose is healthy, but I still always feel tired it seems.

I think I spent about a week where I got about 2 hours a night and then no sleep on the last night. I had 3 ISUs and 2 projects to do and I hate doing work when it's light outside. seems like a waste.
