Finger Sprains

How much do they suck? I just sprained another finger today, thast like 2 in the last week. urrrghhhh.

Yeah bro, quite possibly the gayest thing out. I do it all the time playing waterpolo and basketball. Broke 3 fingers and my hand in the pipe last year, broke 2 this year stuffing up a mute, fingers are so gumby man, it's rank busting them up all the time!

Yeah you think that that it bad listen to this. About 5 weeks ago i was tubing on my friends boat. I jumped onto another kid and my finger got caught in the hadle and hurt it. I thought that i just dislocated it casue bone was pushing against the skin. So I popped the bone into place and put a brace on it. ( i never went to the doctor when it happened) After about a week or so i took the brace off and it was still fat. Now 5 weeks later it is still fat and misplaced. So i went to the doctor. and he took X-rays. When i got them it turns out that my finger was hyper-extended backwards and to the sidea and it casued the bone to shatter. And when it shattered a piece was pushing against the skin(the same one i popped back in) SO the whole bone healed in the wrong place and now I have to get surgery on wednesday. They will have to saw my bone in half and put 2 screws in it. If i dont have this opperation done i will lose use of my finger and get arthritis in about 2 years. but if i do have it done i could possibly get arthritis but i will have the bone be in the right place and not have it be crooked like it is now. it is still so fat. but the thing that sux the most is. If i would have gone in when this happened i wouldnt have had to have surgery. Well i guess i am just stupid

Dude that sucks. That just goes to show that you should always get stuff checked out. There is nothing tough about being out for the season if you didn't have to be. Peace.

i jam my fingers all the time, jumping on the tramp, playing sports, even scrathing my butt!(its true). Wht do we even have fingers. Geez, they are so prone to injury. Its the worst pain imaginable too! I should just cut em off, it would be worth it...

Far out, that's pretty intense, hope your surgery goes good, at least you'll be able to say: 'Man, had to get cut open last Wednesday but now I'm rebuilt and ready to rule! Pain is temporary, Glory is forever bro!!'

Dude, so don't cut off your fingers ay, how will you write?? eat stuff?? and all manner of other things. I see your point though, fingers are dumb. Getting smacked in the nads hurts more!

oh man have i got a nads story for you!

The other day i was out downhilling at the local track. I was wayyy back off the saddle when i sat too far back and smacked my nuts off my tire going about 40km/h! That's not even the worst part! After i realized what i had done and how much it hurt, i lost my balance, shifted all of my weight forward and crashed balls first on my top tube. Then crashed into the bush and down a sandhill.

And now, my left nad is bruised. I am scared! The worst part is that it has been bruised before too...i think i am running a real danger of sterilyzing myself!

I broke my 4th finger on my right hand, trampin' his summer....it dislocted and chiped the side of the joint off....Hurt like hell...looks fucked up now....the joint is huge...but it's all good now

I was batting for roadhorses in a car when I my finger came between the roadhorse and the bat at 30 mph. Part of my fingerbone was missing and part of the bone was totally upside down. Had to get surgery, a pin and a cast for like a month and a half.

any type of finger injury hurts...espically when they get jammed in some girl...man that hurts...j/k. i jammed all of my fingers today and my wrist on my dirtbike today...its nothing serious though, its starting not to hurt anymore

I burted my thumbs whiole doing dual slaom on bike and it almost break again when I first tried an handplant on ski.

Hey Yeti, when you're doin' downhill you should get one of those big plastic nad gaurds, sure, they're a bit uncomfortable but probably worth it, depends if you want kids or penguins I guess.

i was playing ultimate frisbee once, and this faggot(hes actually my friend) scored a touchdown after he trampled me and caught it in the end zone. Hes a huge guy btw. Then I got up and he threw the frisbee at me and it caught me square in the nuts. I was down for a while...

i jammed both my index fingers in basketball in gym in gr 7, and theyre still messed up. i cant make a proper fist without cracking them first

When you fall, and you keep your thumb out and bend it back and sprain, or break it. After a few times doing that your thumb actually gets sorta distorted...it hurts

I saw this article in ski canada for this strap that goes from your thumb to your index and it makes it impossible to get skiers thumb.

Both my pointer fingers have bumps in the second knuckle from the tip from spraining them, it sucks.
