Ok so i was doing this last year and was wondering if anyone else has seen them done or does them? Its a skateboard trick thats easily crossed over. Its like a safety grab but on your opposite ski so right hand under your left boot. They look allright with a spin. Im sure there;s another name for this grab but thats what i know it as. Comments?

YAh man turpin does em all the time. A lot of people have a hard time, you have to have long arms or flexable shoulders.

what if you had a trick real tweaked (skis not crossed) and you reached under both skis and grabbed on the opposite side, like a totally underneath opposite safety...any name?

Ya i luckily have long arms so they are pretty easy. I have a super easy time doing rocket airs as well. Ive been trying to do rocket grabds with a spin but its hard to keep the balance without leaning forward and stuff so they look pretty skecth right now but hopefully this season

I might not be getting it here, but is that the same as a critical minus right leg extension.

its like your putting on a seat belt. you put your right arm over you lap and grab your left binding. but your arm is over both legs.

COflats, that sounds like it could be called a chimp grab, not to be confused with gorilla steeze.

The real hardcore trick would be grabbing under your bases to the oposite ski and landing that way. If you can pull that off without a broken arm, props to you, go find Berman or Johnny D, you're a made man.

The parallel grab, done in Wisconsin 4 years ago and brought into skiing from the source of many trickls and grabs: freestyle rollerbootin'. Even though half of current skiers have a hard time addmitting that skaters were doing many of our tricks long before we did them on skis.
Anyway, good to see Turpin busting that out. You'll for sure see more kids doing it this season. Just like ol' rocket grabs, but people are doing them tucked now instead of leaning way the fuck out and reaching, like back in the day.
