in light of the 'what celebs should die' thread, i ask, who are the ugliest celebs out there.. my vote for both catagories goes to the aforementioned carrot top... funny or not, that guy is in my eye everytime i watch tv... plus he is undoubtedly the ugliest human to walk the earth.
