I hate being just a skier. Sorry to be the cold businessman but we arent gonna get anywhere being just skiers!!!! just skiers are 60 year olds who are still raving about super carving skis. we are skiers, but we need to distinguish ourselves.

I dont mind ice, slush, painful bruises, broken bones, harmful boots, or the cold. In fact I love it, because it makes me know that I'm skiing.
What I dont like about it is overpriced crap like skis and boots. There is no way it should cost us as much as it does. And lift ticket costs are ridiculous too.

It beaing seasonal, but if you play it fright you can get in lik 8 or 9 months. Japanese tourists w/ bright green onepieces and fatty nikon cameras. otherwise skiin rules

-If people don't want 'Posers' in their sport they should quit skiing and take up knitting. I highly doubt that anyone 'Poses' as a knitter. -Jibtech

I don't think that there is anything about skiing that i hate.. Even some things that I don't always look foreward to in the year,, I think it all fits into the skiing experience.. Some obstacles you have to get around that are less than desireable just make you appreciate skiing all the more....

I hate it when I'm cold. Like I don't mind it if the air is cold and im warm and stuff. But if im actually cold myself I can't stand it.

rarely happens though.

Lift lines and slow lifts... hate them too.

Yeah, mostly the fact that I get to do it like 4-5 months depending on the snow, stupid people on the runs, only about 20 really good powder days, prices (especially food), but everythong else is awesome cuz skiing is the bst sport ever, i kjust wish it was year round

Equipment is too expensive, but that's all for me. The whole skiing experience, even when it hurts and gets cold is amazing. i wouldn't trade it for anything else. There's only one other thing that pisses me off, and that's when your equipment breaks. I've broken every pair of skis i have ever owned (not that many) because i ski hard. The shit's so expensive. And we've come full circle again.

WA skiers are cool. I'm a WA skier. I'm cool. You know, Washington apples are cool too. . .

Take away the talk of powder, ramps and pipes and essentially it all comes down to wether or not you have enough snow.
