Scratch Bindings

I can get these but I don't know if they'll be good for backcountry or not... I probably ride more BC than park. So should I get a freeride binding or the Scratch?

matts got a pair, and he likes them alot, even tho they are the exact same bindings as look, but just cost about 40 dollars more. Rossi/look are the way to go!

it all depends on din setting. For BC, i would ride a 14 din binding whereas in the park i ride an 18 din binding. Im 5'10 and 165. I would say find the cheapest 14 din binding by rossi or look. The P14 by look is good, and i think the scratch binding goes up to 14 as well.

spinks, what do u ride for a ski, 180? im about ur height a little bit heavier like 175... im thinkin about goin with the 180 candides or 180 scratches.. let me know bro thanks

What do you think the lowsest DIN I could get away with is? I'm around 135-140 lbs tops. Because there is a scratch 100, but the DIN only goes up to 10, not 14.
Also, do you think I'll suffer at all if I get the Free X boot instead of XX?

the freestyle and scratch bindings are the same, just different colors. They work the same.
