i learned to do them on a trampoline using the tow rope from my boat. Just hold on to it and do and do a 'whirlybird' if you know what that is..it's a wakeboard trick (www.wakeboarding.com). The rope helps you to keep your axis and keeps you on the trampoline. Once you get it figured out like that, then try it without the rope. That's the best way i can think of to get the mechanics down..

Don't think just jump.

okay i spin to the left, but it works either way. when you set your spin through your right shoulder towards the ground. once on your back thing about doing a lincon loop. it helps if you grab your right foot with your right hanf. then you'll come around for the three and your feet will still be up, don't panic, look over your left should and do either a 180 or 360, depending on if you want to do a 540 or a 7. this trick is super simple. I thought it was so hard and couldn't figure it out, then taped myself and saw that i was doing it before I even started trying harder. its super easy. and once you got it, you'll kick yourself for not having it faster.
