Replying to new ski pants for this season

I've been lookin on the web for some pants. I wanted some session pants but they don't have a dealer close enough. I went on the oakely site and they have some pants called the 2x4 pants for like 140 bucks. Are they any good? What color should I get? I have a navy blue Fate jacket so what color would look good? Right now I have a pair of 3 year old hellys that are all torn up on the bottom. Another thing I need to know is what size to get. Does anyone out there have oakely 2x4 pants and if I'm 6'4' would I need L or XL?
