Replying to Countersinking...

I have a few questions about attaching my lexan topsheet to the box framework. What size screw is ideal? The Box Dims are 8' X 1'6' X 1' (LWH), made with 2x4's under where the topsheet will be, with a 1/2' thick sheet of plywood over them one which the lexan sheet will be placed.

I have every drill/bit/screw combination available, so can someone tell me what the best size screw is to use, whether the size even matters or not, and how to countersink the lexan sheet. Thanks.
