Replying to Room for rent in Fernie!!

Alright...a buddy of mine just pulled out of the house we JUST signed a lease for in fernie..so there's a room available. It's actually 1 large bedroom that will be curtained off to make 2 rooms. There will be 5 people living in the house, rent is 240 bucks a month, plus 100 bucks damage deposit. All the property managers in fernie are jerkin people around and making them sign leases that start in october, so first months rent is due october 1st. Right now there are 2 snowboarders and 2 skiers staying there.
