Yah so I'm gonna be up there on about the 22nd/23rd November. I'll be working at Steven's Pass for 3 months with 2 buds from New Zealand and I was wondering if you think we'd be better off stayin in the employee accomodation on the hill or finding a crib to crash at in a nearby town and taking shuttles up the mountain each day. Do you know of any places where we'd be able to find mad cheap places to live for a couple months?? Any help would be hugely madly shibbily wicky fly boomshanka appreciated aye. cheers guys

if you want a piece of ground to call your own my family owns a lot in skykomish about 20minutes from stevens but theres nothing on it and thats the closest town. but i hear emplyoee housing isnt too bad espcially if your a big shot and get your own cabin

haha, so you own like fully a piece of ground with nothing on it?? That's cool man, can we dig a big cave there??

how easy do you think it would be to find a flat for a couple dudes around there and how much do you reckon it'd be?? How much is employee housing? And is it a nice place to live up there? like much to do if you're not skiing or anything?

Um a flat? the hell when you come up here speak english. and theres not gonna be much to do when not skiing except drink best bets for places with something to do are in leavenworth and sultan or monroe

We called the floors at my old school flats. It was based off the British Private School system... pip-pip.

haha yah but if I hole my ski pole up in the air it's higher than the mountains are. hehe

if i were you, i would stay at the workers housing and then find out where the shuttles go from and then look around for a 'flat' but the towns are quite a few miles away from stevens

theres not that much to do besides ski around stevens..leavenworth can entertain you for a few days but sultan is like an hour drive and theres basically NOTHING there besides a little motel and a diner..

hell yeah sultan is a coo place to sleep my neighbor in the dorms last year was from there and hes a pretty big party animal soooo
