heh, the advantages would fill up a whole damn page. The best reasons being its free and 99% of the software for it is free, ,and that its not gay and doesnt crash every 10 minutes like windows.... oh yeah, and if you arent a farely advanced user, dont fuck with it...

advanced user with other OS's and computers in general... you cant be the type to have to ask someone else to help you when you have a small problem... you have to be able to do some stuff yourself.

I just traded my friend some smith cascades for the triads they are sick man sick they are only running windows though so i have had some vision problems with the lenses crashing but my are they fast i got em clocked at 4ghz with 12billion megs of ram. Who else wants to go shoot themselves?

I don't have to pay for skiing... I get it for free.
As far as gear goes, I get pro-form discount on gear and I have plenty of money for my new 1080's. And as far as Andy goes, I'm not rich... It's just that when you're as poor as he is, someone with nice things just looks 'rich'. As far as being a sarcastic asshole, guilty as charged.

I stabbed my windows key several times with a soldering iron b/c I would hit it accedentaly in games and it would bring me to the desktop... so DIE WINDOWS KEy..... however, for some strange reason... one of my keyboards has a Turbo key

well i just got arrested for DUI and possesion of herb because i drove a car 100 yards and it smelled like smoke. hadnt had any alcohol. so ya cars do suck ass along with cops

billy you still havent replied what you use for cooling. the overclocking record is currently 3.7 giga hertz i believe. thats with liquid nitrogen cooling. if you use anything less then water cooling(a hardcore water setup) i not laugh at you because no conventional cooling would suffice for a 3.2 gig OC.

like yeti said OC isnt hard, hell all i have to do is go to my bios and set my FSB as high as i want same with vcore and shit. back in the day when jumpers were cool, thats when OC was hard.

its cooled with water and pelts on both the cpu and gpu. i get idle temperatures of around 17-19c and full load temps of no more then 26 or 27c on the cpu.

i replied to who asked the question, not many people will understand that but there it is for you.

and 3.7 is not any 'record' maybe for someone that was running their cpu on air only. there are numerous people who have gotten their procs past 4 gigahertz. the highest that i have ever seen someone boot into windows with was at something around 4.3 gigahertz.

intel recently showed off one of their new prescott chips that was running at 4.7 gigahertz on standard air cooling.
