setting the din

All depends on how you ride. I am 5'10 and 160, and i ride my din at 13, on an 18 din binding. If you are going to be really aggressive, and dont want your skis popping off, i would reccommend you go with a 12 for your weight, and you dont want to max out the binding. A 12 din on a 14 din binding is going to be much safer than a 12 din on a 12 din binding.

Dude, i am 6'4' and about 180lbs. Good choice on the look bindings. I have Axial 140's (same as look), and I set my din at 12 at all times. I still pop out from time to time, but only when it is really nessecary. Get a binding with as high din setting as possible. The way that a binding works is with springs, and it is best to have that spring set as close to the middle of the range as possible. if you have a high din, (higher than 9) I would suggest finding a binding that goes as high as possible. This will allow the spring in your binding to work most efficiently and be as safe as possible. If you have crappy bindings and crank the din up as far as it will go, it may not release exactly when it is supposed to, and over time the spring will wear out very easily.
Get the P12 or P14.

im 5'9 145lbs and mine are set at 8-10

i'm 5-11 170ish and i set mine at 10 in the front and 11 in the back.

im...5'9' about 150...i either ride 14 or 15...depending on which bindings they are...
