what are the best hole size to drill in nozzles for a tee gun?

I would use a 1/16 drill bit. You want to drill anywhere from 2 - 5 holes.. If you havent already bought the caps, i'd buy a few that way you can experiment with different combinations, but if you already have one and only one, i would suggest going with a 4 hole pattern. That works the best for my tee gun.

yea i dont have my gun yet or caps cuz its in the mail (from dan) how much are the pipe caps?

pipe caps are very cheap. you can get them at lowes or home depot for less than a buck a peice i think...

Yeah, i suspect that dan will have a good cap on it already for you.. He tests them all out, i wouldnt worry about it.. He knows what cap works best!

i use 4 1/6 inch holes. be sure to get 2 drill bits, cause sometime they snap because they get too dull..its wierd
