Is it bad if my whole elbow is enflamed from throwing a baseball too much...and i cant move it too much and now i have to go to baseball practice and throw long-toss and maybe some batting practice too? Im dead

Tendonitis. tonnes of people i was tree planting with got that in their wrists. Lots of ice, and anti inflamitories. Take a trip to the doctor too..make sure you didn't do any serious damage.
