Now that marijuana has considerbly been cut down coming into the US from canada because pres bush put 2 million dollars into more border patrol and now they want to have people coming into the US have cards on them that the goverment can track is total bullshit. Big brother will now be watching and know your location full time...maybe if the US minded its own business for ince maybe i could get more weed. I was reading this in the newest high times...

I love canadian border crossings... I came back into canada last sunday at Buffalo... and yea. the border guy was leaning back in his chair 3/4 asleep and I pull up in my civic with a cooler in the pasanger seat and a bunch of stuff int the back... all he asks is
- citizenship?
Canadian.
- bringing anything back?
nope.
- have a nice day.
He didn't ask for ID or anything... yeay canada! criminals come on up.... we don't give a fuck.

yea i read about that too. I dont know how much it will change. Whoever said that in the post above me a friend was coming across at blaine with tone of bags and stuff from canoeing and he said that the guy just looked through the window at them for a second and checked their ID really fast and they kept on going and there were no dogs so it doesnt sound to hard. The dogs are what I would be afraid of they smell everything
Enforcing marijuana prohibition costs taxpayers an estimated $10 billion annually and results in the arrest of more than 734,000 individuals per year -- far more than the total number of arrestees for all violent crimes combined, including murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault.' - www.norml.org

the border between canada and the states is easy to get through. but canada is paranoid at customs in airports. when I flew in from france a few summers ago I checked off that I got some sea shells at a museum in monaco. they confiscated my gifts! though if I didn't check it off I could've walked right through without a problem. same with my friend. he brought a bottle of wine for my parents from his. they wouldn't let him carry it onto canadian soil. my mom needed to go get it. damn hippies!
