Yesterday, a justice ruled that the host of the party where a drunk person left, got in his car, and killed 3 (I think it was three) people, and paralyzed another, could not be held liable.
In my opinion, I think it's excellent. Technically, if someone left your place drunk, if you wanted to completely cover your ass to not get sued, you'd have to call the police on them if they didn't listen to you. How tough a situation would that be? But now you don't have to make that decision. They are responsible for their own actions.
What do you think? Good precedent or bad?
