Nike, in partnership with Newschoolers, is looking for the freeskier and their individual filmer that captures the most style, creativity and originality with a submitted video for the Nike Ski Chosen Contest. So between now and March 18th, upload an edit for your chance to win free gear, cash and the opportunity to travel to Keystone, Colorado for a team park shoot with the Nike Ski team!
We're supplying the music for you to edit to, so click here to download a zip file with 25 songs to choose from, and be sure you keep your entry shorter than 3 minutes long and have it uploaded before Sunday, March 18th at 9pm PST/Midnight EST.
Once the deadline for entries has passed, the Newschoolers community and fans of the Nike Ski page on Facebook will have one week (from Monday, March 19th - Sunday, March 25th at 9pm PST/Midnight EST) to vote for their favorites, at which point the top 5 entries will move on to the final round, where they'll have one week (from Monday, March 26th - Sunday, April 1st at 9pm PST/Midnight EST) to upload a new edit or re-use their existing entry.
Then from Monday, April 2nd - Wednesday, April 4th, the Nike Ski Team (TJ Schiller, Sammy Carlson, Jossi Wells, Andreas Håtveit and Kaya Turski) will check out the videos, vote for their favorite, and announce the winning duo on Thursday, April 5th!
