Description
Hey there fellow skiers! I've got a fantastic pair of Moment Ghost Chant 186cm skis up for grabs. These skis are in impeccable condition, practically new, and ready for some serious action on the slopes.
Let me share my ski journey with you. I used to ride the 2013 Moment Ghost Trains (124mm) for years, but my only gripe was their 174cm length. Craving a longer pair, I sold a 10 y.o. skis for $600 to a friend and switched to the Moment Ghost Chant. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my ski life. Despite mounting them with Rossignol Axial3 120 dead at the center (328mm, 28.5 boots), and skiing for 2 full days, they just didn't give me the same feeling. The float was there, but the connection wasn't. I am 48, i don't land switch. I like sitting on my ass. I'm longing for my Ghost Trains back.
I originally invested $979.12 in these brand new skis, added a $150 DPS Phantom glide procedure (trust me, you should skip it), and mounted them for optimal performance. However, my ski tale took a twist yesterday when I received an email stating that Moment will be re-releasing their Ghost Trains this year. Needless to say, I've got my eyes set on them! The only problem is that i am unemployed now.
Now, I'm offering these almost new Moment Ghost Chant 186cm skis for $800 flat. If you're interested in the Rossignol Axial3 120 ((328mm, 28.5 boots)) bindings too, the package deal is $900. Based in San Francisco, I regularly hit the slopes in North Tahoe. Reach out if you're keen to make these fantastic skis a part of your winter adventures!
p.s. if you want - you can re-mount them upside down - the skis are symmetrical!
