Well, last week I told you all to keep up the good work, and I got more than I bargained for. We were swamped with great entries this week, and there was some disagreement over who should win. Basically, this was possibly the best week of this award yet! Thank you all, and even though you can't all win, there are no losers here. All our finalists are first-class idiots.
Our winner: Sxmarty6, for a downright indecipherable comment made about something in pictures. I don't know what the hell he's trying to say, but he sure seems angry about it.

One off the biggest stories of the week on the council was the return of Atlantaski, and the great contributions of pure stupidity he brings with him. The guy is like the NS God of idiots. First, he dropped this beauty reguarding Oakley sponsering Lil Jon:
