I know, I could get a brand new one at Costco for $5 more, so it has a warranty, and I can return it if I need to.  My iPod touch (16gb, 2nd gen.) is a real piece of shit.  Had it for a little over three moneths, babied it, always kept it in a case, and it fucking glitches and resets itself, and the battery life is shit, I want to send this shit into apple.  This is the second one I've had and it is fucking shit.  Apple fucking sucks.

thats probably just you. ive had mine for a year now. first gen 16 gb, its been through a shitload. hacked, then not hacked, then hacked again and its battery is still strong and i use it almost every day
