The 2014/15 ski season was filled with new experiences, new faces, and new mountains. I moved from Snoqualmie, Washington to Zurich, Switzerland in order to continue studying engineering, to learn German, and to get in touch with my Swiss roots. However, I ended up skiing a lot more than studying. Although I had light semester in the classroom, I still was able to learn so much.
I made a short trip back to Washington and Canada for Christmas break where I managed to snag a few park and powder days in Stevens Pass and Whistler, despite the warm winter in the PNW. After the holidays I spent most of my time freeride skiing in Andermatt, CH and making the occasional trip into the park when there was no new snow. All in all, this winter has been one for the books and I am thankful that I had a few days of filming to remember it.
