yea, its not all davis' fault. im not saying he didnt do anything, but the whole energy crisis/gouging, and that the legislature couldnt get shit done didnt help, and the aftermath of pete wilson. arnold may have all this experience and shit, so why didnt he tell anyone how he plans on fixing this shit. people putting their trust in someone who wont tell the public his agenda
