When a ski is pressed, it is pressed into a very specific shape using pressure and heat for a decent period of time. Changing that existing shape is basically impossible without repressing the ski. All of the glue inside every fiber of the layup would have to let go momentarily and then rebond where the new shape would theoretically be. True reverse camber of fully rockered skis are pretty useless and very few if any on the market today exist. The only benefit I know of is for extremely deep snow. Shit that you would find like heli skiing. Other than that and Vishnu's, you won't find something like that for many reasons. Modern ski shapes have come a long way and minimize the trade offs old skis traditionally had to make. I'll stop there before this becomes my first novel because either way I'm not getting published.

edit: repressing a ski is also basically impossible, I only used that term to illustrate my point
