im having trouble doing 3 mutes when i do the spin i can never get the grab or even come close any one have any advice.??

its a lot easier than you think... you just have to get confident with 3's off shit first... then just spin right into the grab and believe it or not i find its easier to rotate when you do actually grab. just get over the mental aspect of it and do it...

its definatley all mental, its all about going down and getting the grab because it helps your rotation if nething

learn how to stall out your 3's. Learn like old school 180 spread 180. then, put in the mute about where you would've had the spread and you'll have a nice stylie 3 mute
