Park city has poop aids

PC is getting rid of the 3 kings lift after this season

The park wasn't open till nearly January and its basically had the same features since and the big line sucks megalodon sized dick

They pay their patrollers less than the burger king down the street while a PBR is $15

Robert Katz' head looks like a chode

what up newschoolers its been a long time, things have changed like the cartilage in my knees, but the endless fuck skiing posts have not so lfg fuck vail skiing is dead. If you think "nothing has really changed since vail" you have stockholm syndrome and like to jerk off to Robert Katz butthole mouth

eheathI mean i was there, they didn't "change" anything they just build tons of shit, not sure where you're getting the idea they changed anything and why that relates to this thread at all, the mountain is shutdown and its only built for SU.

From the athletes' posts, stories, and the edit that showed the same rails in different places on different days, iirc the top of the jump line got tweaked. I guess mostly different rail setups but they were complex and different, not just simply relocating a rail. And I skied those rails every week that whole season, I would recognize the same handrail in two different builds. Also, they didn't shut down the whole mountain just for SU, they also had other camps going on and we were still skiing Mary Jane.

Wait are you just saying they changed the public park for SU? Im confused now.

Either way doesnt matter, WP killed it for SU and i'm kinda bummed its not there anymore, but I'm sure mammoth will crush it.

Yeah I totally misread/interpeted what you were saying, ignore that other shit i was confused.

SU as an event is awesome and I'm glad its still happening too, it was one of my favorite events to attend as well.

No. Well yeah they did, but they also changed it after SU started that week. I remember specifically being upset that the park crew did a poor job of maintaining the park thru the season while putting 110% into SU and the riders all saying how helpful and cooperative the park crew was each day. In hindsight, we still had it good thru the season lol I was lucky we even had access to a park like that. WP did kill it, I'm bummed they wouldn't keep hosting super unknown.

Yeah i'm not sure why that happens, most of the stuff was pretty gnarly so might be too sketch for the public. But something like SU is an advertisement for the mountain, so they go all out, know what I'm saying?

The best one was Sun Valley, we had all of dollar mtn to ourselves and a lift that ran all day, other SU's ive been to are cat/sled tows which can get pretty annoying at times. Mammoth will likely be running lifts, so thats a nice plus for the riders.

207dog park riding peaked 10 years ago lol. Literally the only park that has gotten better ANYWHERE in the world is Woodward Copper. I guess you could argue that Mammoth is just as good as always. Then you got Breck, Keystone, Park City, Big Boulder, Mt. Snow, all looking like a rotting decomposing body compared to what it used to be.


I'd argue anywhere that's brought in Woodward recently has gotten better. Killington is the main one that comes to mind, Woodward has made it amazing if you get decent weather. Said it in other threads like this and I'll say it again, as long as Woodward is in the snow sports industry, we will always have mountains with good parks.

Woodward is awesome man, powdr corp lets them do whatever they want it seems, their summer and winter facilities are super nice and they're all about getting kids involved with action sports.

The builds were def too gnarly, and the flow interfered with normal mountain skiing too. I was talking along the lines of bad lips and whack landings for the rails and every jump felt completely different instead of flowy jump lines where each one feels similar to the last with more air. In retrospect, it wasn't really that bad.

Anyway yea I'm super stoked for Mammoth. Looks hype. When will Woodward park city host one? They seem primo

DeebieSkeebiesI just still want to know why they built two mini pipes at the top of the park and chose not to build a full 22 because they dont have enough snow but we have enough snow to build useless jib pipes and massive park lanes? Like I get that pipe skiing is no longer cool but come on yo. Eagle is meant to be 22' and scary as fuck. Like if no one is riding pipe anymore and its redundant to build them out fully, why bother building smaller ones that don't get skied either?

idc if you hate vail, nobody "likes" vail. Anything is possible, but in reality it won't happen so, just take what you can get I suppose, or go to woodward.

The only skyship gondola at killington used to have two mid stations and went from the base to summit serving almost 3k vert. The new one only has 1 mid station and doesn’t go to the top but there’s one example.
