25, in better shape than I've been. Knee and back hurt a little but thats because my job was chair sitting for 5 years. Now I'm active again and skiing better than ever. Might even get some park skis soon and try to start learning jump tricks. Probably staying away from rails though.

same. After years of pain ive started doing yoga every day and riding the stationary bike 20 miles mwf.....after only a monthish of this routine my knees back and body feel much much better after skiing on the weekends.
