Looking for feedback on Cannon's Park

I have finished building the jumps section of our terrain park and would like to get some feedback. I have brought my 5 years of park building experience to Cannon this year in the hope of helping them to kick it up a couple of notches. Is there anyone who will be skiing Cannon and could let me know what they think? We have 9 major elements, each with multiple hits ranging from 10-40+ feet, and one 'pro' size element on a separate trail with 2 hits - possibly 50+ feet (I haven't measured it yet). We will be working on the halfpipe - hopefully for this weekend, and a jib section of the park, rails, picnic table, anything else that looks fun, over the next week or so.
Any feedback will be appreciated and will be used to continuously fine tune and change the park. Those who pay the cash to use the park are the ultimate experts, so if you do visit us, please let customer service (and thus management) know what you think and what you want to see as well, so we can get more resources allocated to the park and really go nuts!

I haven't seen this, but all I can say is that is better be an inprovement over the former park there. Cannon is a sick mountain otherwise, and with a good park, it would definitly rank with some of the better all round moutains. to bad it's like 3 hours from me.

We should have a straight rail up soon, possibly tomorrow, I'll know when I get there. One of the shovel team guys is working on putting together a double kink rail and I have my eye on an unattended picnic table I saw the other day...
I would love to get a huge rainbow and a sweet S rail but it would take a big push from the customers to get the mountain to pony up some cash.

The pipe is the hardest thing to get right and then keep that way. They have the same guy in place to do it this year and he's still got to use the same tired pisten bully cutter. KEEP US ON OUR TOES! If the pipe isn't up to snuff, let them know what is wrong and what needs to be done. More time may be allocated or even new equpment if the call is strong enough. I will help in the pipe as my other duties, other than the park, allow. (see my profile - 'best trick')
I want to see Cannon step up. We've got a good start, let's keep it going!

you should put a canon in the park for people to jib.
-jon, skiing the ice so the other half of the country doesnt have to.

i would put in a small rainbow only like 3 ft tall if it is a big one like loon or watervill no one will use it, it will just it there. You also might want to make the starting ramp for the first set of jumps bigger it is hard to get speed for the bit hit on the right. I drew up some desines for jibs to day when i meet up with you i will give them too you. are you going to be there this weekend?? about the pipe i was riding it today and it is to steep you cant get enough speed, the most air you can get is like 2 ft.
the double kink and the picknick table sounds sick

also i was think you said they can get enough money to buy the rail. well thats easy hold a compitition with an entry fee! get so desent prize for the winner for free for some local place and like promise to say there name at the comp.you could get a shize load of money.

that is actually a pretty cool idea... the cannon rail... like take a big, long piece of black metal pipe and set it up like its a cannon shooting down the mountain and write 'cannon mt' on the side of it... it would be a really neat trade mark and i bet you'de get into some mags or something for the origionality of the idea. but from the sound of it you don't appear to have excess funds to put towards your park.
by the way i ve never been to cannon but since i hear that you have a descent park up i think i'll check it out as soon as i get another car (a few weeks). whats the lift ticket price there anyway?

oh yeah one more thing... you should take some video of people hitting stuff in your park and post it on here... if it looks nice you'll get a lot of people heading up there to check it out. good luck with the park.
