Line_Skis Am I misreading something regarding the warranty on these? I feel like a season-old pair of chronics shouldn’t explode at the tips on a mogul run, or should at least be good under warranty still.

Your tip breaking isn't a defect, I think thats why they would not replace it. You skied them for an entire season and it was fine, you just got unlucky and your ski broke. I have a hard time believing you "hit a mogul" with the damage seen in the OP, but even if you did thats not covered by ski warranties. If they replaced every ski that broke, they wouldn't have a business.

Didnt some ski company try to warrantee park damage and it basically sunk them? I cant remember who did that. I think the Atomic Triplets was still the best idea. They know your going to trash them so they throw in an extra ski for yucks and giggles.

It was totally revision……and it’s hard to know if it is what sunk them because I’m not sure that they ever sent anyone a second pair of skis? I think they came up with the idea and then disappeared all in like 3-6 months
