I have some old used Rossi flash boots. They say 27.5 on the inside heel, but 255 on the back. BSL is 316. My brother outgrew these in June and is now wears 27.5 Full Tilt descendants. I wear a 28.5 and when I tried to put these on they felt really dang small, like maybe more than a centimeter too small. What size do you guys think these are? My guess is the boot shell is 27.5 with a thick liner to make them fit 25.5. Thanks :P
