Replying to Do you use the same footbed for all your boots?

So I have a alpine boot and touring boot.

Last season I used my old custom footbed in my alpine boot and my touring boot. It was a pain to move them around but obviously it did work great compared to using just a stock insole in the boots.

At the end of the season my footbed felt funny half way up on a tour. After switching the footbed out, I discovered a huge crack under the funny foot on the insole.

As I’m getting ready for another footbed made, do you guys who tour and alpine have separate footbeds or use the same one or am I being a pussy by using a custom footbed in my touring boot to begin with?
Thoughts?
