Building a Winch from a Coleman Minibike

Has anyone attempted this before? My friend offered me his Coleman minibike for 100 bucks and I was to convert it into an urban winch. The motor makes about 6.5 horsepower and I was thinking about replacing the rear wheel with a spool and wakeboard rope. Rebuild the frame to let it dig into the snow but keep the front wheel for portability. Should I take him up on the offer or will that tiny engine be too weak for urban winching?

Send it, what's the worst that could happen?
If the engine can carry around a rider at 25mph, should be able to tow a skier.
