Replying to QST 92 VS Tracer 98

My buddys dad is looking to pick up a new ski while the spring deals are on. We have it pretty much narrowed down to the QST 92 and the Tracer 98. The ski will mostly be used on east coast conditions, he loves moguls, and groomers but would also like to have some soft snow performance. He likes the look of both of those skis and is trying to narrow it down.
what should he pick?
also open to other suggestions (he wants something cool)
