CatdickBojanglesStrider 130s.
brentkimballi DM’ed magnus this question and he said the nordica strider 130
however i’m pretty sure he switched to full tilts
BruceDogFartI was thinking of switching from my drop kicks because there's a really bad pressure point and I don't want descendant becasue even though they are wider, they are so heavy

CatdickBojanglesI can almost guarantee you the striders are heavier.
animatorNo in a 26.5 the Strider weighs in around 1850-1900g, the Descendant in the same size is about the same.
OP, if you think riding the same boot as your favorite skier is gonna make you ski like him, I have some bad news for you. The best boot is the one that fits your foot, Magnus could ski exactly like he does in any boot that fits his foot.
CatdickBojanglesYour right. I checked blister 30 seconds after I posted this. And to second what you said about not getting the same boot as your favorite skier. Also in this case if you are buying these boots and riding the park all day there’s better options.
I think it was in magnus’ ama someone asked him why he rides a boot with walk mode and tech fittings check out his response.
animatorI agree for sure, walk modes create unnecessary weak points in the boot. If you’re not touring OP, don’t buy a boot with a touring function just because Magnus does, that’s gotta be close to the dumbest thing I’ve heard all season.
BruceDogFartI didn't want the boot becasue I thought i would ski like magnus with them, i heard they were 100mm last width and the drop kick is like 95 or something. Point is I wanted a boot a little wider but not as wide or as heavy as the descendant. I just saw a lot of people using them so I thought it might've been a decent boot...
animator95 is pushing on World Cup boot last... The DK is 99, the Strider is 100. Please for the sake of my sanity just go to a fitter, what other people are skiing should not influence your choice of ski boot, a good fitter should influence that choice.
