Replying to Head Framewall “360 protector”

What is the head frame wall “360 protector” made of? I can’t find anything on it and my first guess would be UHMW. However, I just saw some last year’s Frame Walls in a shop yesterday and the yellow finish on the sidewalls/topsheet looked really bad. Like a caulk material with really bad bonding to the topsheet. Having never seen Frame Walls in person before, I was kind of shocked at how bad it looked. Does anyone know what the “protector” is made of?
