Replying to Montec & Dope Hoodie 10K Apparel

Has anyone explored Montec or the new side brand Dope? I'm looking for a breathable water/weatherproof hoodie for those warmer days but a straight cotton/polyester hoodie doesn't seem to protect much from the elements. The Tempest from Montec or the Wylie from Dope look right up my alley but I've never worn their gear. Are there similar alternatives from other brands? Are these two brands worth trying out? Thanks!
