Future Future Spin

Once skiing has progressed to the point where the x games is having much bigger jumps that people are doing future spins on regularly, will the future spin be changed to a higher rotation? or is it just gonna be people doing future spins for the rest of skiings lifetime?

We'll have future 25s, future 28s, future 32s... and then the skis will be spinning so fast that they act as airfoils, mechanically indistinguishable from helicopters, and we aviation terms to discuss the altitude and distance flown by the athlete.

I heard they call em future spins because you spin fast enough to actually teleport into the future

IMO a future spin is by definition any spin with a higher degree rotation than the current year. So nobody has landed one yet

and or your age so if you're 8 and land a 900 that's a future spin as you went into the future. Any spin large than you EX, you're 6 and a land a 720, 10 and put down a 1260 etc. So after you turn 19 it gets difficult.

My personal theory is that Emmet Davis is gonna win the lottery in 2022 and buy FIS and then its just gonna be a massive inrun with picnic tables at the bottom and u actually lose points for spinning rather than gaining them

It either is or isn't a future spin. A true future spin is a rotation degree greater than the current year, so a 1980 was only a future spin if it was done before 1980. In terms of general progression, I'd like to see difficult tricks that aren't necessarily huge rotations become more regular. Kaboom style hand drags are cool but are probably high risk and painful on an actual jump. Pretzel rotations and weird axes are also cool.

If we're talking slopestyle, the point of the x course is kind of to have jumps close together which makes it more difficult and helps to limit spin to win. Would be cool to see the things mentioned above progress in slopestyle as well.
