shin-bangThe problem is people expect skis to hold up to abuse on rails. Granted ON3Ps will last longer than lines or other companies while still hitting rails, they will still deteriorate.
broken_skier0Not at full price. If you're willing to buy last season's skis, you can get an Edollo or Poacher on sale for $400. Often, all the manufacturer changes from one year to the next is the graphic. Is a $700 ON3P going to be 75% better than an Edollo?

Trumpkin2020I partially can agree with this statement about such a wide price gap and finding sales however you're trying to compare skis with different components, flex patterns, rocker, and base thickness to name a few. They're totally different skis.
**fan boy alert**
Let's also address that Edollos are $600 on Evo and Magnuses are $700. As you said previous year models of edollos are possible (which I agree and actually was the reason I bought ARVs one year instead of a higher end ski) but yeah not on3p, for good reason. But sticker prices are not much difference especially considering on3p has a spring sale for $200 off remaining skis; sign up for email list and it's possible to find a good deal. Also it's not uncommon to find great condition on3ps in BST/tgr/ebay for a decent price WITH bindings. There's a reason on3p skis don't go on sale as frequently as armadas, line, etc and we all know it.
Guy_SkiI was looking to get a pair of magnus skis but the price seemed a bit steep comparison to line which is the route I normally go, is it worth the extra money?
