Has anyone set any features up in their backyard for summer use? If so what kind of material did you use to ski on? Is this just a stupid idea, or can it work?

Yeah, I figured I would have to spray it down water to use it. Astro turf... I wonder what that stuff is that they use during the summer for olympic ski training.

I found a place on the internet that sells a few different types of astro turf. The prices range from $5-10 a square yard.

I found a place in the states that carrys that kind of stuff. I am waiting to hear back from them with a quote. The website said they have 30m x 4m rolls... which is like 99' x 13'.

wellll the best way is if you buy some astro turf, then go to a local ice rink if one close by and scam the snow from the zamboni, and its perfect. i cant wait for this summer
