oldmanskiEggs and avocados! I can relate to your situation and I started eating about a 12-18 eggs a day along with a few avocados throughout the week. Its more of a natural protein and your body accepts and digests the proteins much better than the weight gainer powders. Powders are full of fillers and stuff that your body is not use to using so you just end up having really big shits throughout the day. I did eggs for 6 months, hit the gym and put on 25lbs. Of course ever ones body is different but eggs worked for me.
If you want lean it down, just do egg whites but sounds like you need the calories like myself.
