Pico Terrain Park

Pico is Killington’s sister mountain and the park is still ass. this past season there was three boxes, a flat rail, a flat down, and two hard to clear jumps. if you wanted to hit the rails and the jumps you couldn’t bc they put the jumps next to the flat and flat down. does anyone on newschoolers ski pico? jw

Thats the whole point bro, Pico is intentionally marketed/maintained as a smaller-mountain for locals with less grooming and amenities. They don't build much of a park on Pico because they focus their efforts to Killington where there will always be more of a park crowd/tourists.

I actually prefer riding at Pico. I like the vibes more and has some of my favorite glades on the East Coast

yeah you’re right and i love pico for the trees and un-marked trails, like poma line and busted woods, but it was just extra worse last year. and they have a stack of rails that they’ve left in the snow and grass for at least a couple years so i’m just saying they could do better.

Yeah thats true - always bums me out seeing old boxes and rails and stuff just rotting out in the woods off trail

There shouldn’t even be a park there. Go to Killington for park. Pico is for powder and less crowds.

i’m planning on building a few booters and de barking some logs. i got rid of the log that sticks off the end of the cliff in busted woods and this weekend i’m gonna debark a log on Lift Line, cut some branches off trees that are dangling on poma line, and cut off the stump that sticks out of the snow after the busted woods cliff drop.

Been to Pico once when Killington was absolutely slammed on a weekend. Park is ass but if they get some snow the tree skiing is super fun and arguably better than Killington.
