What skis should i get for my situation?

Hi, im a 13 yr old skier in Vermont. I got a new pair of Armada ARV 84 156 cm 2020’s last season and based on my height change i’m gonna need new skis next season. My budget is most likely below $450.00 and i’m looking for a playful all mountain that’s good in the park. It can’t be a primarily park ski because the park at my resort doesn’t get put in until mid to late febuary, and it’s kinda a shit park most years anyways. I was looking at the Faction Prodigy 1.0 but it’s a bit to stiff for my liking. Btw i’m not very good at park yet, i’m doing slowish 180°s rn and just learned to do a rail in my summer setup. I could use some peoples knowledge, thanks!

with that budget you should be able to get86/96 with a good binding, or lots of other cool skis. lots of deals to be had theese days, like $225 for 86, I just payed 275 for my 96's.

If you can find a good deal, look for some chronics, I rode the 2020 skis for a day last season and they were wicked fun and pretty good in the trees.

yeah, i'd get the arv96 and then he could still get attack 13s and remain below that $450 mark

OP, arv96s are definitely park-inclined skis but they're a great all around, playful, easy-to-ski ski. did you like your arv 84s?

yeah i liked them, the flex on them is decent which i liked but unfortunately i haven’t learned nose butters yet

cool, well the arv96 is like the wider older brother to the 86 and 84 and is a bit more all mtn oriented. that's my suggestion!
