Are pivots simply a fad? With all the dick sucking that look gets on here, you would think at least one of the slopestyle competitors would be rocking pivot 18s no?

Yeah i saw that. I thought they were salomon sth. Im pretty sure hall was the only one on pivot 18s though. Everybody else, especially colby stevenson and evan mceachran, looked like they were on attack 2s.

the tyrolia binding is basically just as good as pivots, if not better. i dont see what the problem is.

Im referring to slope finals which i dont remember him being in. First and second place in slope were both riding attacks, and 3rd place was on salomons.

Torque test a few pivots, and then torque test anything else and you'll realize why they deserve the dick riding.

Meh. I used to ride the first gen pivots they made around 2004-2009 but i dont really like that much play in the heel. Also if you think i cant ski park because it threatens you, you probably are worse at skiing than i am

But srsly i dont get why so many people get butthurt by the idea that im a pretty decent skier.

It just makes you look like you have to protect your inflated ego from being punctured by the idea of a ptown grad actually being a halfway decent park skier.

But why? I love my pivots but ive loved all attacks ive tried too. If i can get them cheaper with no issues, they are better

i mean for most people its a personal preference, thats what it all comes down to really. I like how low to the ski fks/pivots sit and the feel of a solid metal binding, ive been using them for 15 years, just what i prefer.
