It really pisses me off to see so many good people end up in americas prison industry. No other country has anywhere near the percent of the population imprisoned that america has. Everybody seems to be obsessed with guilt and punishment like all the crime shows on tv.

ill be proud of america when it gets its shit together. But at the moment theres too much bullshit going on.

TheMoostafianDo you consider DUI a nonviolent offense? Because people should definitely be imprisoned for that.

Dui is generally bad but theres alot of people who can drive safely with blood alcohol levels above the legal limit. Bc of this i think checkpoints are very unjust, because they will give alot of people duis even though they were 100% capable of driving safely. On the other hand, if you are swerving all over the road, then you deserve to get a dui. You also deserve a dui if you are so drunk that you are driving at 140 mph because you are wasted and feeling immortal.



but if you are being a good driver and deliberately paying close attention to the road then in my opinion you dont deserve a dui, no matter what your blood alcohol is (within reason)
